Customized Clutches (New and Rebuilt)

Advanced Clutches creates custom clutches or can rebuild your existing clutch for just about every engine combination. They are designed to leave like an automatic. These clutches are designed not to pull the motor down off the starting line and through the gear changes.

Our clutches hit soft to reduce the cost of repairs to drive train parts.

The process of building or rebuilding a customized clutch begins with our customer. Before we begin building your clutch, we ask a series of questions:

  • Vehicle Weight

  • Launch RPM

  • Shifting RPM for each gear

    This information is then input into a computer program that was specifically designed to help us set your clutch setting based on the arm pressure applied versus the RPM.

    Using this information, Advanced Clutches begins the process of building or rebuilding your customized clutch. Each clutch we build is graphed to how you want it to work.

  Dual 7 in. Assembly THE SPORTSMAN DUAL 7" – NEW PRO-STOCK TYPE TECHNOLOGY

Now you can get pro-stock type technology with this highly tuneable, super light clutch. This clutch can get as light as 18-20 pounds, depending on the make and model of your vehicle. You can adjust the base pressure through the bellhousing. Available for stock, superstock, and street hot rods, this new clutch technology is adjustable, with a light weight design, and longer life of the discs. These clutches are very consistent.
  Dual 8 in. Assembly 8.5" DUAL STREET/STRIP CLUTCH

This clutch is designed for the high horsepower guys that want to have both worlds of street and strip or strip only. 

The assembly is totally adjustable and will fit in a stock type bell housing.  The clutch has thick heat shields and a thick billet aluminum pressure ring that will take the power!
  Single 10 in. Assembly STREET/STRIP 10" CLUTCH

This clutch assembly is a full out drag race clutch, but with a few modes it can be a great street strip type assembly fully adjustable and will fit in a stock type bell housing.

This unit has all the great billet aluminum pressure ring and thick high carbon heat shields.

CLUTCH SPECIFICATIONS

Although the weight of the unit is not as critical as having the unit set up correctly, our clutches are as light as we can possibly make them without taking away the integrity of the unit.

Our clutches are designed with a combination of low-based pressure, a newly designed lever, and counter-weight that make this clutch the most consistent and fastest clutch out there today.

The majority of the clutch units that we sell are a total 10” assembly.
