Rob Youngblood, owner of Advanced Clutches, has been building race clutches since 1989.

A drag racer through and through, Rob began seriously racing stock/super stock in 1978 in the Sportsman Category. He preferred the manual transmission over an automatic because of the feel and the consistency.

As a racer, it was important to him to get off the line FAST. The standard clutches weren't working for him. So he started looking outside the box to create a clutch to be used specifically for drag racers.

Advanced Clutches was born.
